On September 29, Yulay Galiullin, the founder of the “Mergen Uksy” assosication (Bashkir – “Sharp shooter”), held bow shooting exhibition performance in Khaybullinsky district in Akyar village, called “7 constellations of Mergen Uksy”.
The court was the Teenage Club “Nur”(“Beam of the light”).
During the seminar there was explained the association and its festivals on traditional male costumes of Bashkirs, and shared tricks and methods of traditional archery.
This event had a lot of aims, which are preparation for the VI CIOFF® World Folkloriada in 2021; training of archer clubs and associations for upcoming events (sabantuys, forums, festivals and contests), training of the horseback archery masters, popularization of sports and healthy living, archery, ethnic history learning, folklore and traditional culture of peoples who live in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
