“The World Around Us” Online-Photography Festival started on December 8. In the context of the festival, during several days social media of the Republican Center of Folk Arts will be publishing works of 4 photography artists.
The key point of the festival is to show a photographer’s view on the world, which can be diverse and exotic to us. Four photographers will show us the world and people of different times, countries, cultures and traditions, said the team member of the Republican Center of Folk Arts Ramil Nafikov.
There will be published 4 exhibitions of different artists. The exhibition “My Anatolia” by the Turkish photography artist Ibrahim Demirel. His collection includes historical works of the 1960-1970s, urban drafts of the period and his modern works.
Another festival participant is a Brazilian photographer Caio Vilela. His main theme is street football. His exhibition is called “The Country of Pelé”.
Ritu Radj Konwar is an Indian newspaper photographer of The Hindu. His exhibition by the name “The Indian Slideshow” is a true experience of the multinational country and its traditions.
Another exhibition “Ocharovanie Bashkirii” (“The Charm of Bashkiria”) is prepared by our compatriot and the Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Fail Absatarov.
